YUKTI provides regular training to its faculty so that they are abreast of the latest teaching practices and methods to enrich themselves with the ultimate aim of providing unmatched training and guidance to students.
YUKTI is the only institute to have an in-house exclusive faculty team of full-time IITians, NITians, PHDs and board specialists. YUKTI has the best faculty-to-student ratio. These teachers are best equipped to make sure that you get a seat in the best Engineering or Medical College of the Country.
A core team of IITians, Doctors and subject experts ensure that the study material provided to students is in-depth, exhaustive, and updated. This not only helps in gradually building concepts but also gives confidence to the students to crack the toughest problems of JEE-Advanced and other entrance tests like JEE-Mains, BITSAT, VITEEE, SRM various Medical Entrance Tests and separate and exclusive material is given to each student to crack his STD XII Board exams.
YUKTI offers a very professionally and systematically designed course structure for all its courses. The course structure is an optimal mix of intensive classroom lectures, problem solving classes, doubt clearing sessions, periodic tests and feedback.
The study material is exhaustive, in-depth and regularly revised and updated. Graded assignment sheets, in-class tutorial sheets and additional practice problems help to give confidence to the students. The courses are finished well in advance to allow adequate time for revision and mock tests.
Regular practice tests (including surprise tests) are conducted and proper feedback is provided to the students so that they can monitor their progress. Throughout the course there are various in-class short quizzes, objective tests, topic-wise tests and full portion tests. For every major test, the highest and average marks and the performance of the student including his rank and percentile across all the batches is intimated to the student.
Depending on the performance of the students in the classes, a Merit batch of the top performing students is formed. This batch comprises outstanding students from all our batches. The Merit batch classes are in addition to the regular classes being conducted.
Regular difficulty solving sessions are conducted to solve any difficulties/problems that the student might be facing during the course.
We have a unique mentor system wherein each student is assigned a particular faculty member as mentor for counselling and feedback. The student is advised to keep in regular contact with his faculty advisor (mentor) for seeking guidance and help, as and when required.
In addition to the above, we also hold regular counselling sessions with parents and students. These sessions are held at various different times of the course duration, covering Career Counseling, Preparation Strategy, Last Minute Revision, D-Day Counselling and Post Exam Counselling.
Parent-teacher meetings are kept at regular intervals so that parents are informed about the progress of their ward. Parents are also counselled on the constructive role that they can play at home that can help the child in utilising his time optimally.
All of our offices and study centres are fully equipped with a comprehensive set of books and material. The students can issue books from the library and get access to a wide range of material for reference and additional practice.
YUKTI has invested and adopted the latest in teaching, evaluation, monitoring, revision and delivery. Pre-recorded lecture wise DVDs are kept in library which students can issue and watch it at home. This way they can cover-up topics which they might have missed for unforeseen reasons.
Each student’s progress through the course is regularly monitored. An Individual Performance Track File is maintained for every student, wherein a record of his test performance, attendance and comments from his teachers is maintained. This helps us as well as the student to assess his current standing. A periodic report of the performance of the student is also sent across to the parent/guardian.
